Haldi Ceremony cum Sangeet
January 14 2026 Wednesday Haldi Ceremony is a very special tradition deeply rooted to our Indian Culture. Haldi Ceremony is where the family and friends come together to apply Haldi to the Groom to cleanse, purify and ward off evil spirits if any. Also includes local songs sung by the ladies of the house and rituals being performed to bless the Groom as he steps into a new chapter in Life. Sangeet is followed by the Haldi Ceremony where cousins have dance performances on popular Bollywood numbers and fun little games for friends and family so everyone is involved and enjoys while making fun memories. BONUS TIP - In the region where I come from we have a unique tradition where we play Haldi just like Holi and that's drop crazy and you don't want to miss out on that .
