This is a pure arranged marriage; the bride and groom do not have any past. Wedding to take place in Gwalior on 1st and 2nd November 2025. The groom runs a HORECA wholesale business of frozen food in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Bharat where as the groom is a MBA graduate currently working in Delhi Duty Free as HR. 💃 Baarat The groom’s grand wedding procession! The groom arrives on a horse or car, surrounded by family and friends dancing to dhol and DJ beats. It’s full of music, fireworks, joy, and energy. The bride’s family welcomes the baarat with aarti and garlands at the venue entrance. 🌸 Varmala (Jaimala) The garland exchange ceremony between the bride and groom. Both are brought to the stage, and they exchange floral garlands as a symbol of acceptance and respect. Friends cheer, tease, and lift the groom or bride to make it playful. It marks the official start of the wedding rituals. 🔥 Phere (Saat Phere) The main wedding ritual performed around the sacred fire (Agni). The couple takes seven rounds (pheras) around the fire, each representing vows of love, loyalty, and togetherness. The priest chants mantras, and the couple promises to support each other for life. It’s the spiritual and emotional highlight of the wedding.

Haldi
The Haldi ceremony is a joyful pre-wedding ritual in a Bhartiya (Indian) wedding, where a paste made of turmeric (haldi), sandalwood, and rose water is applied to the bride and groom by their family and friends. This paste is believed to purify, bless, and bring a natural glow to their skin before the wedding. The event is filled with music, laughter, yellow decorations, traditional songs, and playful moments, often followed by dancing and celebration. It symbolizes happiness, good luck, and the start of wedding festivities. At a Haldi ceremony, you can expect: 🌼 Vibrant yellow theme – decorations, outfits, and flowers are mostly yellow or golden. 🎶 Music & dance – family and friends sing traditional songs, play dhol, and dance joyfully. 🪔 Haldi application – loved ones apply the turmeric paste to the bride or groom’s face, arms, and feet as a blessing for good luck and glowing skin. 😂 Playful fun – guests often tease, laugh, and even smear haldi on each other!
