Tushar & Vaishali's story
We met 10 years ago in college during the world’s worst group project—Intro to Economics. She showed up with perfect notes and zero patience. He arrived late with pizza and zero shame. She: “You’re late. And… pineapple?” He: “It’s love at first bite. You’re welcome.” They argued over graphs, spilled drinks on notes, pulled all-nighters, and somehow got an A. Somewhere between eye-rolls and extra chai lattes, arguing turned into laughing… and laughing turned into love. 10 years, tons of memes, a few epic fights (mostly about pizza), and here we are—ready to make the chaos official. Come celebrate with us! Bring your smile, your dance moves, and zero judgment—we’ve got that covered. With love, Vaishali& Tushar 🎉

Starting time (approximately): 10:00 AM
Venue and host contact details will be disclosed upon booking.
Lagan Lekhan
Lagan marks the official beginning of our wedding celebrations – it’s when the pandit writes the Lagna Patrika (the sacred wedding invitation/declaration) with our names, the muhurat (auspicious date and time), and family details. We offer it to God for blessings, and from this day, the fun really kicks off! Traditions & Rituals The pandit performs a small puja with prayers and mantras. Married women from the family prepare a clay chulha (stove) or light lamps, and I wear green bangles for good luck. Families exchange gifts, sweets, coconuts, rice, and shagun (auspicious tokens) to seal the promise of our marriage. Everyone showers blessings, and dholki beats start – singing, light dancing, and pure excitement fill the air! It’s emotional, joyful, and full of love – the perfect kickstart to our big day. Come join us for the blessings, rituals, laughter, and tasty treats!

Haldi_Mehendi
Haldi Morning in yellow clothes and marigolds. Family applies haldi (turmeric paste) on my face, hands and feet with sweet blessings. Then pure fun – haldi flying everywhere, chasing, laughing, dhol music, and everyone yellow! Plenty of yummy snacks and lunch to keep the energy up. Mehendi Later, beautiful henna designs on my hands and feet (groom’s name hidden inside!). Groom gets simple mehendi too. We eat lots of tasty food – chaat, sweets, pakoras, juices – while singing, dancing, playing games and getting teased. Full of love, laughter, music, blessings and delicious dinner – can’t wait! See you there! Vaishali 💛💚🍛

Wedding_day
Morning/Afternoon: Baraat & Arrival My groom arrives in a fun procession (baraat) – music, dancing, maybe on a horse with his family and friends cheering. The Main Ceremony I make my grand entrance We sit under the mandap with the sacred fire. The pandit guides us through beautiful rituals: Kanyadaan (my parents give me away). Jai Mala (we exchange garlands). Mangal Pheras (we circle the fire 7 times, making promises). Saptapadi (7 steps together for our vows and future life). He applies sindoor, ties the mangalsutra – and just like that, we’re married! Emotions run high – tears, blessings, and pure happiness. After the Ceremony Photos with everyone, more fun games (like stealing his shoes!), Then the emotional vidai – I say goodbye to my family with rice throws over my shoulder, lots of hugs, and happy tears as I start my new journey with him. It’s a day packed with love, traditions, family blessings, music, dancing, and the best food ever.
