Wedding
A Punjabi Sikh wedding, known as Anand Karaj (ਅਨੰਦ ਕਾਰਜ), means "Ceremony of Bliss." It is a sacred religious ceremony performed in a Gurdwara in the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The focus is on the couple's spiritual journey together rather than elaborate rituals. The ceremony emphasizes love, equality, mutual respect, and devotion to God.
