Pulkit & manshika's story
Hi, I’m Manshika, and my partner is Pulkit.
We first crossed paths in college, but life had other plans for us back then. Being part of the COVID batch, we hardly got the chance to truly experience college or get to know each other. We belonged to completely different circles and were, in many ways, poles apart.
Fast forward to 2026 , we connected again..
In March 2026, we got engaged, and now we’re all set to get married in July 2026. Looking back, we never imagined that destiny would bring us together like this but sometimes, the most beautiful stories are the ones you never plan.
Our wedding is not just a ceremony it’s a celebration of love, culture, and togetherness. We would be absolutely delighted to have you join us, experience the vibrance of an Indian wedding, and create unforgettable memories with us.
“Some stories are written by time, but the best ones are written by destiny.”
We truly hope you’ll be a part of ours.
Day 1Thursday, July 2, 2026Jaipur
Starting time (approximately): 8:30 AM
Venue and host contact details will be disclosed upon booking.
Mayra and gharwa
The Mayra ceremony is a heartfelt and traditional ritual from the bride’s side, where the maternal family (especially the maternal uncle) showers the bride with love, blessings, and gifts before the wedding.
For our celebration, we are embracing a divine and serene theme inspired by Krishna and Shrinathji 🦚✨
This theme reflects grace, devotion, and beauty—bringing together:
🦚 Elegant décor with peacock feathers (mor pankh), flutes (bansuri), and floral elements
🌸 A soothing palette inspired by temples and traditional artistry
🎶 Soft devotional music and cultural rituals
💛 Emotional moments as family expresses love and blessings
Phere
The Phere ceremony is the most sacred part of our wedding—where we take our vows and begin our journey as life partners.
For us, this moment will be even more special with a musical touch 🎶
As we walk around the sacred fire (Agni), taking our seven vows, the atmosphere will be filled with soft, soulful music—enhancing the emotions of the ceremony and making it even more magical.
Each step we take represents a promise of love, trust, respect, and togetherness for a lifetime, while the music adds a layer of warmth and intimacy to this deeply spiritual ritual.
What Makes It Special
🔥 Traditional vows taken around the sacred fire
🎶 Live or curated music creating an emotional, cinematic experience
💛 A blend of spirituality and modern elegance
🌙 A serene and heartfelt ambiance
Barat
The Baraat is the groom’s grand wedding procession—full of energy, music, and celebration!
Adding a unique twist, our Baraat will be “on wheels”, with the groom arriving in style in a vintage car 🚗✨
Accompanied by lively music, dancing guests, and joyful vibes, this procession is all about celebration and excitement as the groom makes his way to the wedding venue.
Varmala and reception
The Varmala (garland exchange) marks the moment we accept each other as partners.
Our Varmala is inspired by the divine love story of Rama and Sita—symbolizing purity, devotion, and eternal commitment 🏹🌸
Set against a beautifully themed backdrop, this ceremony will be:
🌸 Graceful and deeply symbolic
✨ Rooted in tradition with a divine aesthetic
💛 A moment of acceptance, love, and togetherness
The Reception is our grand finale—an evening to celebrate love, joy, and new beginnings with all of you.
With music setting the mood, this night will be all about:
🎶 Great music and a lively atmosphere
💃 Dancing, celebration, and fun moments
✨ A chance to relax, mingle, and enjoy the evening together
