Haldi ceremony
The Haldi ceremony is a joyful and vibrant pre-wedding ritual filled with love, laughter, and color. In this Marathi tradition, a special paste made of haldi (turmeric), sandalwood, and rosewater is gently applied to the bride and groom by close family members. This ritual is believed to purify the body, ward off evil, and bring a beautiful glow before the big day. It's also a time for blessings, music, and playful moments — with everyone dressed in yellow and hearts full of excitement. Join us as we celebrate this beautiful tradition with love, colors, and lots of fun!
Sangeet
Our celebration begins with the Haldi Ceremony, where turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom to bless them with beauty, protection, and good luck. It’s a joyful event filled with laughter, family traditions, and lots of yellow! As the sun sets, get ready for the Sangeet Night — an evening of music, dance, and celebration! Friends and family will take the stage with performances, fun games, and energetic beats to kick off the wedding festivities in true festive spirit.

Wedding
A traditional Marathi wedding is a beautiful blend of sacred rituals and joyful celebrations. It begins with Ganesh Pooja, followed by the Antarpat ceremony where the bride and groom first see each other as Mangalashtak mantras are chanted. Important rituals like Kanyadaan, Saptapadi (seven sacred steps around the fire), and the tying of the Mangalsutra symbolize the union of two souls. The ceremony ends with heartfelt ashirvad (blessings) from elders, followed by a celebration with music, laughter, and delicious Maharashtrian food.
