About the hosts
patel & Bhanderi's story
We are Meet & Rutu, both 25 years old. Our beautiful journey started during our college days — from classmates to best friends, and now soon-to-be husband and wife. Meet is working in the construction field, building dreams on the ground, while Rutu works in the IT field, building futures with technology. ✨ Together, we complete each other in the best way possible. We are extremely excited to celebrate our love with all of you. Your presence will make our big day even more special. We truly hope you will join us and shower your blessings as we begin this new chapter of our lives. “Two hearts, one soul — and a lifetime to go.” See you at the wedding! 💍❤️ With love, Meet & Rutu

Wedding
The groom arrives with his family in a grand procession — dancing, music, dhol! Bride’s family welcomes the groom with respect and a small ritual called Jaan, removing negativity. A Gujarati wedding is a joyful and sacred celebration where two families come together. Important rituals include welcoming the groom (Baraat & Jaan), bride’s entry with Antarpat, exchanging garlands (Jaimala), taking 4 sacred rounds (Mangalpheras), 7 vows (Saptapadi), and blessings from elders. It is filled with music, love, tradition, and lots of happiness as the couple begins their new life together. 💛
