Haldi
In this ritual, a paste made from turmeric, sandalwood, and other natural ingredients is lovingly applied to the bride and groom by family and close friends. Sangeet
The word “Sangeet” means music, and the function is dedicated to music, dance, and joyful performances by family and friends of the bride and groom. Traditionally, both families come together to celebrate the union through singing, dancing, and fun performances that often tell the story of the couple or share memorable moments from their lives. It is a night filled with laughter, bonding, and celebration, where everyone lets loose and enjoys the festive spirit before the wedding day.
