At first there is some rituals for our Ancestors. And after that there is a Ritual called Gana. In this there will be all relatives they will tie some king or holy thread and my wife is gonna remove this thread just after wedding when she will come to our house that’s another celebration because she needs to open it by using only single hand. And then after this around 8pm there will be a Dj night, there will be friends and family relatives neighbours to enjoy on the Dance floor till midnight with Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic drinks and different kinds of food and snacks. And yes there will be Mehendi for women’s same day as well in evening. Plus there is a major festival in India on same day called Dushehra so you can have some experience of our one of major festivals.

In this event, my sisters will relative friends family including me will go to a Hand pumb with dhol beats and some fireworks to take water. As i will take shower after haldi from same water will collect from hand pump in the morning. There will be some drama while will go to the location for the water. As we will fill up the water in pitcher and my sisters and brother in law the have to put that on their head that time my relatives sisters they will do some drama Art on my sister’s husband’s face with lipsticks and spray. That’s a totally different experience.

Haldi is one of famous ritual in i dian weddings as in this event all my relatives, friends and family they will apply turmeric on my whole body with some drama, laugh.

In this event i will wear Sehra (groom’s headdress/ floral garland). And then all relatives family and friends will take the picture with me as am gonna be fully dressed up in grooms suit. And yes all should be fully ready in traditional clothes which you are going to wear on wedding event as after this event will go the main location for the big day big party with lots of people’s.

At first will go to near Resort and from there we all will walk to the Resort with dhol, band, drinks fireworks, this is called Barat. When we reach to the entrance of the resort there will be a ribbon cutting event with some money. And the amount will be demanded by the bride’s family side. There will be some taunts, jokes, shouting, negotiations for ribbon cutting. Then will go inside and enjoy the party after some time bride will enter to the resort with her team. May be she can dance for me that time or i can dance for her entry. When she will be on the stage will exchange garland as this is our ritual as well when we will exchange garland there will be loud music some fireworks on the stage fog on the floor all people are gonna stay and will watch us with clapping shouting whistles. After that everyone will enjoy the party and in the Morning after Fhera will come to our house and there will be a small event in morning around 7am which is linked to Gana event.
