Mudit & Ayushi's story
It wasn't love at first sight 💞. Two college mates 📚, who barely talked, now can't stop babbling together ❤️. She was shy 🙈, he was social 🌟.It all started with a story reply, turned into endless conversations, are now two people who can’t imagine life without each other❤️

Mehndi - Ishq da Rang (Hues of Henna)
The Mehndi is a joyful pre-wedding celebration where intricate henna designs are applied to the bride & groom’s hands and feet, symbolizing love, beauty, and prosperity. The event is filled with music, dance, laughter, and delicious snacks.
It’s believed that the darker the henna stain, the stronger the love or bond, adding a layer of charm to the ritual. This vibrant and intimate gathering brings families and friends closer, celebrating the union of the couple and creating cherished memories before the wedding.
A feast will increase the overall enjoyment of the function (for all functions).

Haldi (Sunny Side Up)
The Haldi ceremony is a joyful Indian wedding ritual where bride, groom are seated under a canopy or open space. Guests use baskets or trays of flowers to gently shower petals over the bride and groom, creating a stunning and festive moment. The function symbolizes purification, blessings, and good fortune, and it’s also believed to enhance their glow for the big day.
The bride & groom will enter the venue in style with fireworks & colour guns. The event is filled with laughter, music, playful moments, will be held in a vibrant yellow-themed setting. It’s an intimate and heartwarming tradition to begin the wedding celebrations.
Along with this, the event will also attract professional anchor who'll keep the life of the party alive. The different kinds of flowers, color shots high in the sky, fireworks will be life of the event along with fun games.

Sagai & Sangeet (Rhythm of Romance) - 4PM
The Tilak (Sagai) ritual where a tika (saffron or sandalwood paste) is applied to the groom & bride’s forehead, symbolizing honor and blessings. The bride & groom exchange rings as a token of their commitment and love which often accompanied by traditional songs and applause from the families.
Gifts like clothes, jewellery, sweets, and cash are exchanged between the bride & groom's family.
Sangeet ceremony is one of the most vibrant and entertaining pre-wedding functions in Indian weddings which is filled with fireworks, lights, camera & music. Sangeet symbolizes happiness and harmony between the two families, as they bond through music and dance.
Traditional songs are also performed. Songs about love, marriage, and family values are central to the event. Family members and friends prepare dance routines on Bollywood hits, making it an exciting and energetic affair.
The couple often joins the celebration with a special dance number, adding charm to the event along with lavish dinner.

Baraat (Royal Procession)
The Baraat is a lively and grand procession where the groom, accompanied by his family and friends, arrives at the bride’s venue, typically on a decorated horse or vehicle. It’s filled with music, dancing, fireworks, and celebration, signifying the groom’s journey to unite with his bride. The groom is often greeted by the bride’s family with traditional rituals.
Dukav is a old tradition that occurs after the arrival of the Baraat, where the groom is symbolically "challenged" by the bride’s family to prove his worthiness before entering the wedding venue. Then groom is then welcomed by bride's mother along with her family. After that, groom's path is blocked by bride's younger sisters. The leave the path only after getting some money which symbolize the love from bother in law.
It’s a playful and joyful ride & ritual that adds fun and lightheartedness to the celebration.
Varmala - Garland Exchange (Eternal Vows Exchange)
Time: 9:30PM
The Garland Exchange (or Varmala) is one of the most significant and emotional moments during an Indian wedding, symbolizing the union of the bride and groom. The exchange of garlands signifies the acceptance of each other and the commitment to the journey of marriage. The garlands represent the coming together of two souls, their families, and their future.
The groom traditionally drapes the first garland around the bride’s neck, signifying his acceptance of her as his life partner. The bride then reciprocates, placing her garland around the groom’s neck, symbolizing her acceptance of him.
The garland exchange is often accompanied by cheers, applause, and the couple being showered with flowers along with music & fireworks.
A grand feast will increase the overall enjoyment of the function (for all functions).
Pheras (The seven vows)
Time: 1:30 AM (next day)
The Phera is one of the most sacred rituals, where the bride and groom take seven rounds around the sacred fire, each representing a vow for their married life signifying a promise, such as love, loyalty, health, and prosperity. With every step, they pledge to walk together in unity through life's journey. The ritual binds them in eternal partnership, under the divine blessings of the fire god.
Kanyadan is the emotional and symbolic ritual where the bride's parents give their daughter away to the groom, entrusting him with her happiness and well-being. The father places his daughter's hand into the groom's hand, signifying the passing of responsibility and love. This sacred moment represents the unconditional love of the parents and their trust in the groom's care for their daughter.
The ceremony concludes with blessings from elders and the emotional Vidaai, where the bride bids farewell to her family to start her new journey to her new home & bonds.
