Wedding
A South Indian wedding is a sacred and vibrant ceremony filled with rich traditions. The most significant moment is the Thaali tying (Mangalyadharanam), where the groom ties the sacred gold necklace around the bride’s neck, symbolizing their lifelong bond. This ritual is performed amidst Vedic chants, the sound of the nadaswaram, and the blessings of elders, marking the couple’s union in a deeply spiritual and emotional moment.
