It is an arrange marriage. We got to know each other through our parents on 9th of March 2024. As we belong to Rajput community, most of your weddings are Arranged.

Haldi
Traditional Hindu wedding ritual in which all the family members put turmeric (Haldi) on grooms face. It is believed that after putting turmeric on groom’s face, groom’s face looks good after washing it.
Sangeet & Dance
Another Hindu traditional ritual which is celebrated 1 day before the main wedding. People drink enjoy the dance and the wedding.
Main Wedding
Wedding precession, in which groom and his family members and friends goes to bride’s home or hotel where the main wedding happens. In our case we will go to Jaipur.
Vidayi
After the wedding is done next day groom with his wife and his family members and friends comes back to his house ( in our case we will come back to jodhpur) and after coming back the family welcomes the newly married bride in the house as she us entering for the first time.
