Siddharth & Deepti's story
From Two States To One Forever ❤️ A royal Rajasthani boy. A spirited Karnataka girl. Thousands of miles from home, fate brought us together in the Philippines, where we were both studying medicine. What began as friendship slowly turned into late-night study sessions, anatomy labs (who knew love could begin in a gross anatomy lab?), mountain hikes, endless laughter, and eventually… a love story neither of us saw coming. Now, after years of growing together, we’re finally beginning our greatest adventure yet—marriage. Our wedding is where North meets South: a beautiful blend of Rajasthan and Karnataka, with the celebrations deeply rooted in South Indian traditions. Expect colorful rituals, joyful music, incredible vegetarian food, heartfelt hospitality, and plenty of dancing. If you’ve ever wanted to experience an authentic Indian wedding not as a guest in the audience, but as part of the family we’d love to welcome you. Come celebrate our Two States, One Heart story with us. ❤️

🌼 Haldi & Mehendi Carnival | 2 December
Kick off our wedding celebrations with a day full of colors, music, laughter, and unforgettable memories! Experience the joy of our South Indian Haldi ceremony, where family and friends shower the couple with turmeric, blessings, and lots of love. Then immerse yourself in the beauty of Mehendi (henna), a cherished Indian tradition where intricate designs are painted on the hands. With a vibrant carnival theme, expect fun games, lively music, delicious vegetarian food, refreshing drinks, photo-worthy décor, and plenty of dancing. Whether you’d like to join the celebrations, try henna, or simply soak in the festive atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. Come ready to celebrate, laugh, dance, and make memories with us—we can’t wait to share this colorful day with you! 💛🎡
💍 Engagement & Sangeet | 2 December Evening
As the sun sets, the celebrations continue with the grand welcome of the groom, followed by the bride’s entrance, leading into our engagement ceremony as we officially begin our journey toward marriage. The evening then comes alive with our Sangeet—a joyful celebration filled with music, dance performances, laughter, and plenty of fun. Whether you’d like to dance with us or simply enjoy the festive atmosphere, everyone is welcome! Throughout the evening, indulge in a delicious spread of authentic Indian snacks, flavorful starters, and a lavish dinner featuring some of our favorite regional specialties. Come hungry—you’ll be treated to a true Indian feast! Later that night, we’ll observe a small, intimate South Indian pre-wedding Haldi ritual. This is a quiet family tradition held to honor our cultural customs rather than a large celebration, making it a peaceful and meaningful end to the day’s festivities.

🌸 Traditional South Indian Wedding| 3 Dec
Experience the heart of our wedding with a beautiful traditional South Indian ceremony, set amidst elegant décor and vibrant flowers. Witness the groom tying the Mangalsutra (the sacred wedding necklace) with three ceremonial knots, symbolizing love, commitment, and a lifelong bond. This is followed by the Saptapadi (Seven Sacred Steps), where we take seven steps together, making seven vows of love, trust, and partnership. Throughout the ceremony, enjoy a delicious traditional South Indian breakfast while experiencing timeless rituals, traditional music, and heartfelt family blessings. After the ceremony, we’ll take a short break before gathering again for the next celebration. We hope you’ll immerse yourself in our traditions and celebrate this special moment with us.
Wedding Reception & Lunch | 3 December
Join us for our wedding reception as we celebrate the beginning of our new journey together. Meet our families, capture beautiful memories, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon filled with love, laughter, and heartfelt conversations. Savor a delicious traditional Indian lunch featuring a variety of authentic vegetarian dishes prepared with love. The celebrations conclude with the Vidai (the bride’s farewell as she leaves with the groom to begin their new life together)—an emotional and beautiful tradition that marks the end of our wedding festivities. Thank you for being part of our special day. Your presence means the world to us, and we hope you leave with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a little piece of India in your heart. ❤️
