This is an arranged cum love marriage where the couple met through a matrimony app. They chatted and talked over call since groom to-be was in India on vacation and bride to-be in Canada. Hence, the families met first and then eventually couple met in Canada after talking for a month over call. They both are in settled in Canada but roots are from India. Groom (the host side) is a Sikh family which follows the Punjabi traditions in wedding wherein Bride is Gujarati. So this is going to be a bond between two families which follow different traditions.
