A Love Marriage with a Little Arranged-Marriage Twist ❤️
We met at my cousin sister’s sister-in-law’s wedding. Mohammad is my cousin sister’s brother-in-law. We started our relationship four years ago, and we have been together ever since.
It has been almost a year since our engagement, and now, finally, the day we have been waiting for is here—our wedding!
I’m so happy and excited to begin this beautiful new chapter of our lives together. ❤️

Nikah & reception
Our wedding follows a beautiful tradition from our Muslim community.
The Nikah (marriage ceremony) will take place separately at the bride’s home and at the groom’s mosque. According to our family’s cultural tradition, the bride and groom do not meet face-to-face before the Nikah is completed.
Once the Nikah is completed, the bride and groom will meet and sit together for the first time at the wedding venue.
The Reception will begin at 7:00 PM, where the newly married couple will be together with their family and friends. There will be celebrations, photographs, food, and plenty of happy moments.
