Roshan & Saloni's story
Namaste from Jaipur! We are the KHORANIYA family, and we are thrilled to invite you to our "Grand Triple Wedding Festival." We are celebrating the marriage of my brother and two sisters in one massive event. Jyoti & Vikash - Kiran & Sunil(9March) Roshan & Saloni(11March) We are not a travel agency; we are a traditional Rajasthani family inviting you to be part of our Ghar Ki Shaadi (family wedding). This invitation is for the most adventurous part of our festival: My Brother's Barat (Procession). You will join us on a journey from Jaipur to the bride's village. You won't just watch; you'll be in the middle of the action—dancing in the street with the band, seeing the groom on his mare (Ghodi), and witnessing a traditional village welcome with fireworks. You will also meet our saintly Nana (grandfather) with his traditional hookah and taste the world’s best food cooked by our Nani (grandmother). Come as a guest, leave as family. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime Indian road trip.
Day 1Sunday, March 8, 2026Jaipur
Starting time (approximately): 8:00 AM
Venue and host contact details will be disclosed upon booking.
Haldi
HALDI : Get ready for the wildest, happiest ritual! We apply a cooling yellow turmeric paste to the bride and groom. It’s messy, it’s fun, and yes—we might put a little bit on you too for good luck! It is a laughter-filled start to the day. WHY WE DO HALDI : Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and is considered holy. We apply it to "purify" the couple, ward off evil spirits, and give them a natural golden glow before the wedding.
Mehandi
MEHANDI (Henna Art): Relax while professional artists draw incredible, intricate henna designs on your hands. The smell of fresh henna and the folk songs sung by the women create a magical atmosphere. WHY : It represents the bond of matrimony. There is a beautiful belief: "The darker the henna stain on your hand, the deeper the love your partner has for you."
Sangeet
SANGEET : This is the highlight. It is a massive musical night with a DJ, bright lights, and choreographed Rajasthani dances by our family. We will pull you onto the dance floor—no dance skills required, just pure joy and energy. We do this in open sky. WHY : Traditionally, our families are very formal. This night is designed to destroy that formality! We sing funny, teasing songs to joke with the in-laws and remove all shyness. It turns two separate families into one big group of friends before the serious wedding vows the next morning.

The Arrival of the Barats (The Grooms' Processions): This is a spectacle....Two separate processions (for Grooms Vikash and Sunil) will arrive at the resort gates with bands and dancing. We, the bride's family, will perform the Milni (Grand Welcome) to honor them. Watch the Toran ritual, where the grooms hit a decoration on the door frame to ward off evil before entering.
Varmala
Varmala (Garland Exchange) & Stage: The brides enters looking like queens. The couples exchange flower garlands (Varmala) on stage. This signifies their acceptance of each other. This is the best time for photos! After this, we enjoy a massive royal buffet dinner.
The 7 Pheras
The 7 Pheras (The Holy Vows): While the world sleeps, the most sacred rituals begin. Under a decorated canopy (Mandap) and a holy fire, the couples will take the 7 rounds (Fere). In Hindu culture, these vows bind their souls for 7 lifetimes. It is quiet, spiritual, and deeply moving.
Vidai
