About the hosts
Bala Sai Duth & Priyanka's story
I am from Visakhapatnam in state of Andhra Pradesh and she is from Dhanbad in state of Jharkhand. States, culture, language nothing is related . We both met in Bangalore in an Internship in 2021. From being a mere supporters each other in team work, slowly we have started our relationship. From then no turning back whatever places we both were staying our hearts stayed together. And after 5 years we are getting married with both of our families mutually accepting and agreeing for our marriage

Bride Making ceremony
Here the girl is made to sit and all family members come together in making her as bride applying turmeric, oils and doing all rituals and making her bride and making her ready
Snathakam
There will be a 2 hours ritual of groom where for sometime homam will be there and later it will be done like Groom goes off becoming monk not wanting any responsibilities and in between bride's family stops the groom and requests him to marry the bride and accept married life and explaining its importance
Haldi
This is a joyous event where the bride and groom enjoy with close friends and family applying turmeric pastes to everyone and pouring yellow waters etc as Turmeric symbolises Good future
Reception
This is like a party event where near and dear and also distant relatives and friends attend to wish both bride and groom and exchanging gifts and having a party dinner.

Main wedding ceremony
On 18th early morning, the main wedding rituals and proceedings start and this is a 6 hours rigorous events consisting of different different styles and things to do
Sindhoor dhaan
This is done by groom to bride. The bride will be sitting with her hair open and the groom will keep applying loads a sindhoor powder on top partition of hair which symbolises long lasting relationship between couple and long lasting life of the groom
Vidaai
This is final send off given to the bride by the bride's family and send off to groom's family
