The reception is a joyous celebration of love, family and friendship. The groom and bride make their grand entrance by wearing their post-wedding attire. The guests are treated to a lavish vegetarian spread.

Wedding Muhurtham
The bride changes into a nine yards saree and comes back with a grass ring on her head, and a reed grass belt across her waist. The groom then ties the Thaali around the bride's neck, and the groom's sister tightens the knot.
