Our story began as an arranged marriage when our families connected us through a matrimony profile. I was living in Dubai and Monica was in Mumbai, so after our first video call, we spent almost two months talking on the phone and getting to know each other. In December, during my annual leave, we finally met for the first time, and it felt like love at first sight. Our families were happy with us, and on January 10, we got engaged. Soon after, I had to return to Dubai for work, and the long-distance journey began again. These months apart have been difficult, filled with missed moments and countless calls, but they have only made our bond stronger. Now, we are counting the days until October 25, when the distance finally ends and we begin our forever together. ❤️
